order and design phase 1-2 weeks
Place an order for Letterman jackets, specifying the number of jackets, sizes, customizations, and delivery timeline.
Design Brief: a member of our team will discuss preferences for design like the type of fabric, jacket color, sleeve color, logos, lettering, Squad numbers and any special custom features.
design approval phase 2-3 weeks
Approval: Once you have approved the design for your teams letterman jacket, we will sign off on the final design and move to proceed with production.
PRODUCTION 3-4 WEEKS
First The wool body is sewn together then we move on to the Leather sleeves which are attached to the wool body.
Pockets & Zippers: Side pockets, cuffs, and zippers are then attached to the jacket.
Embroidered elements, including, team logos, initials, and numbers, are added. using a high-quality embroidery machine.
Every jacket will then go through a quality control inspection to check for any defects in stitching, embroidery, or fabric.
The jackets are then tested for fit, ensuring they meet the specified size and customer requirements.
Jackets are then pressed to remove any wrinkles and Each jacket is packaged in a protective bag to prevent damage during transit.
